While the mantle of the minivan may have become lost in the forward shuffle of the SUV and CUV segments over the past several years, that doesn't mean it's gone the way of the dodo. Several automakers, including Chrysler, which launched the Town & Country thirty years ago, have continued to put out strong and lauded products. The most recent is the new 2017 Pacifica.

The Pacifica has been a standout since it debuted in January in Detroit. With an all-new design, architecture, and hybrid capabilities, it continues to build on the platform its forebear created thirty-some years ago. There's also some familiar features with this model, including Stow N' Go technology, and a revised iteration of the Pentastar V6, which puts out 287 horses in this guise.
